London March for Burma

London March for BURMA
Global Day of Action
Saturday 6th October 2007
Join us for a march and rally in solidarity with the monks and peaceful demonstrators in Burma and demand international action.
Assemble at Tate Britain, SW1P 4RG at 11:00 am (Nearest tube Pimlico)
Events:
  • March at 11:30 to Westminster Bridge
  • Prayers led by Venerable U Uttara at the Westminster Bridge and throwing flowers to the river as a tribute to those who passed away due to recent atrocities in Burma
  • March towards Downing Street
  • March towards Trafalgar Square and be given speech by MPs and peace-loving leaders
